JK-North America and ETS Forge Business Alliance

JK-North America to Assume ETS’ Commercial Tanning Equipment Operations

(Jonesboro, Arkansas / Indianapolis, Indiana)

Hans-Juergen Kreitz, CEO of JK North America and Bill Pipp, CEO of ETS, Inc. are pleased to announce that the two industry giants have forged a strategic business alliance whereby JKNA will assume all of ETS’ commercial tanning equipment business. This alliance will allow New Sunshine to dedicate more resources to the development and marketing of its industry leading tanning lotion and skin care brands and focus on initiatives to better serve their valued lotion customers.

Bill Pipp of ETS (a subsidiary of New Sunshine Holdings) concurs:

The two companies reaffirmed their commitment to support the Indoor Tanning Association (ITA) and will work together to ensure that the industry is professionally represented on all levels.
